WINTER WONDERLAND
Beginning November 29th, an array of holiday
decorations will transform the lobby into a
magical Winter Wonderland. Our hotel's Executive Pastry Chef, Fernando Arreola and his pastry team will unveil two life size chocolate nutcrackers, a 350 pound chocolate Santa Claus and a white chocolate Grinch. Chocolate sculptures will surround a gingerbread display created by Bijan Bakery in the luxurious Fairmont lobby.
